The insulating glass is composed of two or more layers of flat glass. Various glass originals with different properties can be selected according to the requirements, such as colorless transparent float glass embossed glass, heat-absorbing glass, heat-reflecting glass, wire glass, tempered glass, etc., and the frame (aluminum frame or glass strip, etc.), which are made by cementation, welding or fusion. At present, there are only two types of insulating glass in the domestic market, namely aluminum channel insulating glass and rubber strip insulating glass.

1.Glass cutting and blanking:
The original glass is generally colorless float glass or other colored glass, and the thickness of sunshade glass, tempered glass and laminated glass is generally 3-12MM. The above glass must comply with the provisions of Class I and superior products in GB11614, and can only be used after passing the inspection. Glass cutting can be carried out by hand or machine, but the size requirements shall be guaranteed. During the operation of this process, the workers should pay attention to the glass surface at all times without scratches, uniform inner quality, bubbles, slag inclusion and other obvious defects.
2.Glass cleaning and drying:
The machine cleaning method must be used for glass cleaning, because manual cleaning cannot guarantee the cleaning quality. Before cleaning, the glass must be checked for scratch. In order to ensure the adhesion of sealant and glass, it is better to use deionized water. In addition, in order to ensure water recycling and save water resources, water can be filtered to ensure long-term use. The cleaned glass shall pass the light inspection to check whether there are water drops, water stains and other stains on the glass surface. If there are water drops, water stains and other stains, the machine operating speed, heating temperature, air volume and brush clearance shall be adjusted until the effect is complete. The washed glass should be assembled into insulating glass within 1 hour. In addition, it should be ensured that there is no friction and scratch between the glass and the glass. It is better to have a semi-finished glass storage car to separate the glass sheets from each other.
