(1)The edges of glass for doors and windows should be ground and chamfered.
(2)The thickness of any piece of tempered glass or tempered insulating glass for windows should not be less than 5mm.
(3)When using insulating glass, the following regulations should also be met.
①The thickness of the gas layer of insulating glass should not be less than 9mm.
② The insulating glass should be double-sealed. The first seal should be butyl hot melt sealant, and the second seal should be polysulfide insulating glass sealant. Silicone sealant can also be used;Silicone structural sealant should be used for the secondary sealing of insulating glass for hidden frame and semi-hidden frame doors and windows. The secondary sealing of insulating glass should be mixed and glued using a glue machine.
③ The interval aluminum frame of insulated glass can be of continuous bending or corner insertion type, and hot melt interval adhesive strips are not allowed. The desiccant in the aluminum frame should be filled with specialized equipment.
④ Corresponding measures should be taken during the processing of insulating glass to eliminate possible unevenness on the glass surface.
(4) When laminated glass is used for doors and windows, the film should be polyvinyl butyral film or ionic interlayer film; the edges of the exposed polyvinyl butyral laminated glass should be edge-sealed.
(5) When a single piece of low-emissivity coated glass is used for doors and windows, online thermal spraying of low-emissivity coated glass should be used; offline coated low-emissivity coated glass should be processed into insulating glass, with the coated surface facing the hollow gas layer.
(6) For glass with fire protection requirements, corresponding fire-resistant glass and its products should be used according to the fire protection grade requirements.
