How to ensure the quality of insulating glass?

To ensure the quality of insulating glass, more tests and inspections are required during the processing. Before construction, it is necessary to ensure that the hollow glue has good bonding with the base material, and conduct adhesion testing and compatibility testing.

Among them, the adhesion test is to confirm whether the hollow glue and the base material are well bonded; and the compatibility test is to avoid adverse chemical reactions between the glue and glass, spacers and accessories.

During the processing, continuous extrusion test, butterfly test, pull-off time test, etc. are also conducted. Among them, the purpose of the butterfly test is to determine whether components A and B are mixed evenly; the purpose of the pull-off time test is to determine whether the mixing ratio of components A and B is normal.

In addition, the quality of glue injection should also be checked.

In order to confirm the bonding quality between the glue and the base material, the processed insulating glass needs to undergo a glue cutting and peeling test. The purpose is to confirm the bonding quality of the glue and the base material and ensure the quality and safety of the finished insulating glass.
